Can I get accepted to IMSA?
Ok, so right now I'm an 8th grader, and im applying for IMSA next year. After looking online for a long long time, i discovered that it is going to be SO MUCH HARDER than I expected it to. I heard that there is a lot of competition in the north suburbs, and that you should get a minnimum of 600 in math and reading on the SAT. I've taken the SAT twice, once online as a practice test, and once taking a retired SAT where the math was supposedly easier. During the practice, I got a score of 600 in math, and a 540 in reading, and during the retired test, I got a 570 in math and a 560 in reading. These scored dont sound that good, but if it helps, I play basketball, soccer, take piano lessons, am part of my church's youth group, participated in the spring and winter musicals, and also play the violin. I also have a natural knack for writing persuasive essays. Please tell me how I'm doing in terms of reaching this goal
