Girls or guys, please help me sort this out. Does he have any feelings for me?

There's a lot going on here. The lack of closure tells me that there's a possibility that there might still be something there. But the fact that neither of you ever mentioned it, but pointedly ignored or didn't discuss your respective boyfriend/girlfriend, says to me that you guys don't want to admit anything to each other or even yourselves. If he's suddenly stopped talking to you it might be because he's realized that he might be leading you to think that he's still interested and really isn't. Or it might mean that his girlfriend has asked him to stop communicating with his ex (i know lots of girls who don't like that). Or he might just be busy and hasn't been able to call. There are a number of possibilities in this situation. I would think that the best thing to do is to focus on your relationship with your current boyfriend. If you feel like it needs to evaluated, then do so. And then evaluate your relationship with your ex and how it compares to having him as just a friend. Good luck to you.
