How can I get closure?

My boyfriend of 4 and a half months suddenly stopped communicating with me. His phone broke last week and since then he hasnt bothered even calling me from his home phone or talking to me on facebook. We are both 15 so we cant drive yet and he lives about 45 minutes away. (he moved about 2 months ago). I know he has been having problems at home but still wouldn't he atleast try to talk to me if he cared enough? Idk but this past week all I've done is try to talk to him and he won't answer. I'm sick of it and I want to let go. But how can I get closure? Should I even? Or should I just wait till he finally decides to talk to me? I honestly really really like him and I thought he did too. We dated before and counting those times we've been together for a little over a year :/
