I need closure over the loss of my dog?

I am so sorry for your loss...Just know your dog knew you loved her, with or without a farewell hug. I lost my 16 year old dog a few years ago, the only way I found solace was to get another dog...puppies have a way of taking away the sting of death...they don't replace the one you lost, they just fill your heart with something new to love. I highly recommend finding a dog that needs a home, or getting a puppy to hug...
