Should i talk to him tomorrow not quite sure?

tomorrow i have church and there is this guy i kinda like and i have noticed him looking at me sometimes and im not sure if should talk to him or not i have a knack for looking at a situation and find the worst possible thing that could happen so should i talk to him and if so what do i say i have never talked to him b4?!?!?!?
